Issues and Fixes
Yellow Screen Issue for nVidia users
- Go the nVidia control panel
- Disable Anti-aliasing on The Darkness 2 game settings
- Select “Let the application decide” in the global settings
- You should no longer encounter The Darkness 2 yellow screen problems.
Crashes right after pressing the ‘Play’ button
In Windows 7 go the The Darkness 2 installation folder, right-click the The Darkness 2 exe file, go to the ‘Compatibility Mode’ tab and check ‘Disable Desktop Composition.’ Then try running The Darkness 2 once more.
“Could not load image”
Go to the The Darkness 2 installation folder and look for the The Darkness 2 .exe file and run it directly from there, rather than using the shortcut or client link.
Getting stuck in an invisible wall in a vent
