Serious Sam Double D does not appear to use any DRM aside from that of the distributor (e.g. the Steam version is locked to Steam but the Gamersgate version is DRM-free).

If you need to run the game in a resolution not listed in the video options (such as 1920x1200), you can run it with this debug command. In Steam, right-click the game and select Properties->Set Launch Options. In the command line, set:
