Hello Mynameisjeff2000. I have been testing Thief Deadly Shadows at 60fps and none of the problems you mention have occurred to me. Of course, if I play at more than 60fps, if problems like the lockpick occur. Please explain better why we should limit the game to 38 fps and not 60 fps,If possible, explain with videos that clearly show what happens at more than 38fps and what happens limiting it to 38fps.
