Turns out this wiki's editing guide actually lists what I would deem as "too generic" as worthy of being on a page: PCGamingWiki:Editing_guide/Fixboxes_and_providing_instructions#Applying_compatibility_settings_.28Windows_only.29

While I stand by what I said, unless wiki policy, part of which is represented by the editing guide, should change, I see no reason in this case why I should continue arguing against it. Thus, I've returned your edit to its original state.
