I thought I was permanently banned?

Look I just wanted to include the low-end PC users section to help people like me who had low-end PC and still wanted to enjoy FPS in Gta V. The users: Diegoelcapo1231 & Tiagoquix kept deleting my section repeatedly. Yes, the same section which I had manually tested on my PC repeatedly over the following days (u can check in history how long it took me to add that section slowly in) & which actually does boost Gta V's performance on low-end PCs. I know English so I just wanted to help & people just kept me harassing idk why?

Also regarding blanking, it was a miss input. I was reverting it back to normal when I got the message that I was banned from editing. Hopefully it clarifies any misunderstanding.
