As you have seen by my edits on the Monopoly Tycoon wiki page, I have solved the problem that the game was having when music was enabled. There are some missing .dll's that are present in Windows XP and missing in Windows Vista. There is a reason for this, Microsoft deprecated their old codec for playing back DRM .wma file content called the Windows Media Source Filter. Adding strmdll.dll, drmclien.dll and dxmasf.dll and then registering the dxmasf.dll brings back the old codec. Currently for an unknown reason, there is a stub 6 KB version of the dxmasf.dll in the SysWOW64 directory. The description of the dxmasf.dll is: Microsoft Windows Media Component Removal File.

Ill update your user page's information on Monopoly Tycoon to say that the music has been fixed properly.
