So what exactly is the situation with this? I see random edits back and forward, but steam page doesn't mention it and people are asking how to force it.

Though there's already apparently mod to enable japanese audio only (not for cutscenes) and then the anon simply inserted URL to this image (with absolutely no explanation, title, tuto, community link, etc. none, so, thanks, I guess) so apparently there's Japanese text as well but no info where and how to access it.

So basically, would be super nice to know is japanese possibly available only for specific region, with some config edit or mod. That screen didn't tell anything about that and right now, it still seems like japanese isn't available to avarage Steam user. Please keep the article unknown until there's some proper information on the matter to avoid constant edit war.
