Edit: The site you gave me says to open the file, it doesn't say anywhere to create it, which assumpts that those reading would already have it, the only way to have it without having created it is by pirating the game, so the link you gave me does talk about the crack.

Edit2: I've re-read all your posts, you never said you created it but to open it and add -dx11 to the line already present, how would someone already have that exact line without pirating the game? There's no way, that's how, so please, stop acting this way and remove anything related to epic_emu.ini.
