A new discovery has been made that resolves a few issues in Monopoly Tycoon and other games. The default ACM (audio compression manager) was removed in Windows Vista meaning that the old qasf.dll doesn't work in Windows anymore. Restoring the ACM and the qasf.dll fixes the music completely to make it stutter free. The qasf.dll should be version 6 since the music skips around with version 7 and later (this version is found in Windows 95/98, but not in Windows XP).
