Any game using version 2 possible to use newest versions of this library seamlessly. For example Rise of Tomb Rider use library nvngx_dlss.dll version 2 (2.3.2.0). But game works fine with 3.7 nvngx_dlss.dll from Remnant 2 latest build etc. The quality of upscaling is rise as well. I tryed this method with RDR2 and it works also.
Talk:List of games that support high-fidelity upscaling
Yes, this is mentioned in the upscaling glossary page Doesn't mean that the list should say every game comes with the latest version of DLSS.
list of upcoming games
Majority of these are games that were promised dlss 1.0 but then never got round to implementing it, could look to remove or hide some of these, someone has already made a note as such.
I say we keep them in case anyone is curious about X game that was announced at Turing's launch, plus they *may* get support in a next-gen update or something, just like what happened with Hellblade and Rise of The Tomb Raider
lol i removed dlss 1 games long ago because they're not getting updated anytime soon
As of the most recent 2.06 beta 1 patch, the devs decided to drop DLSS support; "as it doesn’t provide any actual performance benefit in VR most of the time, reducing both FPS and quality." FSR is still in place.
I'm very new to this and don't know how y'all would want that notated. Here's the link to the patch notes https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1012790/view/3649642494139006576?l=english
Huh, Interesting... I would just remove the game from the list, I don't mention any games which have removed upscaling methods such as any game which dropped FSR 1 for FSR 2 or DLSS 1 for DLSS 2, what do you think?
That makes sense. If no one else changes it before I can get to a PC, I'll just blank it out and leave something in the notes section. Just in case somebody wants to downgrade to get it back?
