Hi!
While the preferred format for covers, screenshots and other images is indeed .png, it should be a lossless .png and not a converted one from other lossy file formats like .jpg or .jpeg. You should avoid adding converted .pngs like this one to articles.
As the editing guide says: "Never convert lossy file formats such as JPG to lossless formats such as PNG. If no alternative version of the image is available or can be created in a lossless format, using the original lossy image is preferable."
Also, use proper titles for images next time.
