Which region disc did you check?
The US release has SecuROM.
EDIT:
apparently there was only a US release.
It should be noted that copy protection, or DRM, are slightly different for the purposes of PCGW. Even if the physical disc is copy protected, the games may have no (functional) DRM once installed.
