I am not making it up. It was already specified as the engine for Shantae: Risky's Revenge.

Also the config file for Shantae: Risky's Revenge is wfEngine.ini

Also there are these strings in the binaries:

"wfEnginePC (DX9)" and "wfEngineClass" in DuckTales: Remastered;

"Hello from wfEngine!" in Shantae: Risky's Revenge;

"wfEngineClass" in BloodRayne: Betrayal;

"wfEngineClass" in Double Dragon Neon;
