Action taken: IP address indefinitely blocked with message left on talk page.

• Offense: Not following editing guidelines (Makes strange edits where they add info that physically cannot be true), poor grammar, vandalism (One of their edits are just spamming "HELP ME FIX THIS" over and over).

Confirmed serial vandalism.

Due to repeated attempts of behaviour that at worst would be considered vandalism and at best a failure to follow the editing guide, the IP address has been blocked indefinitely with a message left on their talk page informing them of the action taken.
