Not following editing guidelines (False information, poor grammar). After multiple ignored warnings and likely ban evasion, IP address has been blocked indefinitely.

Follow up: 24 hour suspension issued for inserting false information & second warning issued on user talk page.

Final warning issued along with one week ban.

Thanks for the heads up, both IP's have now been banned indefinitely.
