Regarding your Dreamfall Chapters mod

First, I want to apologize for removing your mod from the Dreamfall Chapters wiki page. It should've stayed there in the first place, and I shouldn't have needed a talk from my fellow PCGamingWiki staff members to have come to that obvious conclusion.

Anyways, just two questions I wanted to ask: first, does the mod work on the 64-bit version of the game, the 32-bit version, or both? That's important as it'll ensure people will know whether they need to perform manual modifications. Second, what, precisely are the steps for the manual modification, including the specific DLLs and what needs to be changed? I know that sounds pedantic, but, for example, the video desync fix we include for Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered (https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/2059-ghostbusters-the-video-game-remastered-videos-1080p/) contains instructions for manually applying the fix rather than using our pre-built fix...so we do have a previous history of being pedantic like this.

No worries, it wasn't written to the guidelines and I appreciate you reformated it, writing wiki articles is not my strong point.

I wasn't aware there were 2 different versions, I checked and the version installed currently is 64 bits.

It might be better to remove the notes on how to do it manually for now, I wasn't sure exactly what was changed, basically I randomly changed a bunch of properties / methods, mainly in the Assembly-CSharp.dll, and started the game to see if it changed anything.

Currently I'm trying to isolate which properties and methods affect what and will post more detailed information, with screenshots to compare before / after.

Getting those specifics nailed down and then posting them would be fantastic! Also, don't know if you've been told this, but we have a Discord server where the staff editors and moderators, who also tend to edit the wiki themselves, are frequently available live to answer questions about wiki writing, strange issues when trying to follow the Sample Article or Editing Guide, and any other questions you may have.

If you'd be interested in joining our Discord server, you can find the most up-to-date invite link here.

Thanks for the info, wasn't aware of the Discord.

I've edited the page with the guide on how to modify the DLL, if you could take a look and improve, it would be appreciated, thanks!

As far as the wiki side of things go, just needed to tweak a few minor things, like removing the unnecessary period from the section header and adding the word "manually" to the note on manually performing the fix. Otherwise, perfect!
