So, I downloaded Cave Story+ on Epic Games and when I try opening it just says that either msvcp140.dll or vcruntime140.dll are missing, And when I downloaded both in dll-files.com, it says that it still can't open correctly and it closes it. What can I do?

It's probably "Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019" you're after but you might as well do the same for 2013, 2012, and 2010.
Then after doing that I install the game again?
You probably don't need to reinstall the game at all.
I did what you said and it still doesn't work :/
So I'll try reinstalling the game now lol
