There are several korean Voice Navigations on Steam Workshop.
I downloaded offline.. i don't have money to purchase from steam..
If you bought a copy offline, you can use the key which came with the game to activate it on Steam for free. This should work if your copy is a brand-new copy or, if it's second-hand (bought from someone else), its key hasn't been activated on Steam yet.

I see. We don't support unofficial copies, pirate copies, and so on. We only support the official releases.
Then can you give me the official release latest offline version to download??
Unfortunately, the closest thing is the official demo...which I know isn't what you're asking for. Furthermore, SCS Software, the game's developers, only sell the game via Steam or Steam keys (codes you can input into Steam).
I'm so sorry we can't help you, but given there's no free official offline version of this game (outside of the official demo), this is beyond what we do.
