Was it released for Windows with the CD? And do you have a release date for it? If not, I think the Windows release date would just be whenever it was released on GOG.com.

EDIT: No GOG release, sorry. But the rest of my comment still stands.

The CD version was still DOS; there doesn't seem to be any Windows version.
