Version differences

Only the 1989 and 1992 versions are supported by ScummVM.
The MS-DOS version, released in 1989, converts the graphics to 16-color EGA.
The Manhole: New and Enhanced, originally released for PCs in 1992, upgrades the graphics to 256-color VGA, and is the first version to add Redbook CD audio and native Windows 3.x support.
The Manhole: Masterpiece Edition, initially released in 1994, drops support for DOS, has the original images re-rendered in 3D and color, and adds new music, sound effects, voiceover work, and new characters. Some extra Myst-related secrets have also been added, specifically a "Making of" video.
