The Camy Collection is a collection of four singleplayer platform games developed and published by Gaimplay:

• Camy 2: The Machine Challenging Edition

It's the third release in a series of Camy games.

The Camy Collection was first released in the year 2002 around August 8th (exact date unknown) on Windows. The collection was available for purchase from the RegNow site or by using Softwrap online/phone purchase.

The Camy Collection is not under active development. The last version (The Camy Collection v1.02) was sold via Regnow.

The trial version of the game can be obtained from the Internet Archive. It will allow you to run the game 10 times and will only run under Windows XP or older due to Softwrap DRM.

Save game data location

Games included in the collection do not save progress, however Camy 2: The Machine Special Edition and Camy 2: The Machine Challenging Edition have level code system. Every 6 levels they will display the code needed to start the game at later stage.

Issues fixed

Dear Camy/Remix shows errors on the screen, Camy 2 Special/Challenging Edition logs errors in the <path-to-game>\Errors.txt file. You can look there for clues.

Download dx7vb.dll Copy dx7vb.dll to <path-to-game>\ Open cmd.exe as administrator. Run regsvr32.exe <path-to-game>\dx7vb.dll

Enable Windows Compatibility Mode
Enable the following compatibility settings for the <path-to-game>\TCCLaunch.exe file: Compatibility mode Windows 98 / Windows ME Run the game once, then close it Disable the previously applied compatibility settings for <path-to-game>\TCCLaunch.exe. Notes If the error still shows up after you followed these steps you may need to leave Windows 98 compatibility mode turned on permanently.
