  3. Search and change bSmoothFrameRate to FALSE or raise MaxSmoothedFrameRate value.
  4. Save file.

  1. Right click on the desktop shortcut for the game and select "Properties".
  2. Remove the -nohomedir console parameter from the shortcut target.
