2 weeks protection to prevent anonymous edit warring

For the next two weeks the article is locked down to require a PCGW user account to edit the page (so anonymous edits are disallowed). This is to prevent the edit warring that occurred over the Russian fan translation download links.

From what I can tell, there's three links that were floating around -- one of which have been blocked. As a result I've added both working links to the section so both are covered.

I have no idea myself what the difference is between these two, so I welcome contributions from users that clarifies the matter and which one (if any) is preferred over the other.

These links were the ones circling around:

I see that mouse sensitivity is controllable in-game, according to this page. Can someone tell me where the actual mouse sensitivity option is in the menu?

Voice Audio does not seem to decrease

In audio.ini, I can change the master volume, music and SFX, but changing "speech volume" doesn't seem to do anything. Voice clips and cutscene dialog still play out as normal.

Huh, i have vibration with ds4 v2 and steam controller support enabled

> steam controller support enabled

That's why. When you enable the Playstation 4 controller support in Steam, its included XInput wrapper gets used to turn that controller into an emulated Xbox 360 controller instead, along with stuff like vibrations and whatnot.

PCGW's DualShock 4 parameters involves native support for the controller, as in whether it functions properly when XInput wrappers such as Steam's controller support, DS4Windows, etc, are disabled and not being used at all.

Ok, get it!
