Solved it by restarting my PC. :)

Hi, I'm having an issue regarding FPS. I believe my system meets the minimum system requirements, but no matter what I do or how i execute the game, the framerate seems to be locked at ~15 fps at all times, menus and gameplay. I've tried running the game on compatibility mode and modifying the settigs (even if graphics are on the default, low or high preset the performance doesn't change at all) My specs: GPU: Nvidia Geforce 940MX CPU: Intel Core i7-7500U RAM: 12 GB

I've also tried disabling VSync and locking the fps to 60 through the Nvidia Control Panel.
