I don't remember how the "general software hygiene" idea ended up going years ago (in turn, I guess it begs the question if we are just here for curative fixes, or preventive good practices/maintenance/tips too), anyhow we seem to miss a page to discuss problems that aren't audio/video/network/input related.
I mean, I can only think to crashes remaining outside of those dimensions (and perhaps what I defined quantitative issues) but insofar as their causes aren't already covered in whatever hardware, OS or game article.. they are currently "homeless".
And insofar as this page already includes crashes happening "right on launch" anyway, we miss the ones happening at any other random point in time. In turn, I believe this should only leave out issues with 3rd party programs (not saying the page should be renamed/reworked, but it could as well).
My quick list covers: AVs, codec packs and Nahimic. And last but not least mentioning the diagnostic startup mode.
