Can anyone check and see if the retail version of Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind works on Windows 10? (I ask because iirc the disc version uses Safedisc)

SafeDisc was reportedly removed in a patch (source) while retaining a basic disc check. This is the case for the retail GOTY I have (it shipped pre-patched with unprotected executables). I don't have the original retail release to test this myself but it is probably accurate since games often reduced protection in later patches.

EDIT: I have added the official patch as a Windows 10 solution under issues fixed.
