USB joystick issue

Hello from Italy. I like some old game such as Test Drive Le Mans . I have installed with success on mt win 10 64 bit pc with Glide suport . Its run fine but I have issue with usb joystick sensitivity. Joystick is a Thrustmaster usb analog, I suppose, and it's run with dedicated driver. I try to calibrate it under windows and after with DXTweak2 . In DWTweak2 sensibility seems ok but into tha game in panel otion it's impossibile calibrate sensitivity and dead zone of X and Y axes. Have you some suggests ? Thanks in advance. BYE
