Is it safe to use? Both Chrome and Edge browsers warns about virus or not safe to use website and not let me download this mod..

Like all downloads, it is "use at your own risk".
That said, I can't imagine it could do anything malicious, since it's just some text files, as far as I can tell. As for "not safe to use website", well, you can always try downloading it in a sandboxed VM if you're concerned about a potential monkey-in-the-middle attack.

After latest update ingame MIDI device selection is not working anymore, old hex edit method not working (?) because even exe file changed (sekhmet_x64.exe). Does VirtualMIDISynth method still working? Or maybe SS1EE is not using midi anymore?
