Is it not possible to remove it by creating Engine.ini in the configuration folder and doing the removal this way? There would be no need for a third-party tool if it is.

The advanced settings are hidden behind .pak files for this game. However there is a way to unpack the .ini settings to make permanent changes and repack them afterwards:

btw. where have my motion blur and disable AA fixes gone? :O

They were removed since, well, they already have native options to disable them in-game. If there's something that sets them apart from the native options then that needs to be mentioned and clarified. As it stood, their inclusion could inadvertently suggest there weren't a native way of achieving the same thing.

The native functions don't disable motion blur completely. And a dedicated native function to disable AA is not available. ^^

Then it needs to be clarified what the difference is, e.g. what the console command disables in regards to motion blur vs. what the in-game setting disables so that readers are aware of which one is the more appropriate for them.

As to disabling anti-aliasing, simply follow the "Enable low settings" section.

The option in the menu simply doesn't disable motion blur. The best way i could clarify this is that it may get reduced.
