Very messy layout

While well-meaning, the information for fixes is very jumbled, information is disjointed and repeated, some links point straight to downloads instead of pages containing information on and potentially updates to mods/fixes with a download link. Anyone with an in-depth knowledge of this game and its fixes should really reorganise the information into clearly legible sections.

Split 1998/2004 version

This game should have separate pages for the 1998 and 2004 versions, similarly to how Sonic Adventure DX has different pages for it's various releases. The fixes and enhancements are different for the different releases of the game, so it would make more sense this way.
