Not enough VRAM

I had the issue, that I could not max out the settings. The game would try for a while to apply them and then downgrade the game's visuals and resolution heavily, while having a black screen during this process. After that a note says something about not having enough VRAM. I stopped having this after applying the Widescreen-fix and updated from 1.11.0 to 1.11.1 the D8toD9-wrapper see Guide. I can't technically explain, which of them fixed this or whether both are needed. Hence I do not add this into the article. May someone else feel free to experiment.

I am moving through the Game and it is necessary for me to restore my health, two (2) packs of which I acquired at the start of the Mission. When I go to the Inventory, the Tripwire Grenade appears and I cannot move the Inventory to the Healthpacks.

How do I move through the Inventory?
