Four DLC packs were released for this game (numbered as in the game's files):

  1. Big Little Character Pack
  2. Side Quest Character Pack
  3. The Armory Pack
  4. The Battle Pack

DLCs 1, 2, and 4 are available to buy on Steam. DLC 3, however, is only purchasable on consoles. Despite this, the DLC's files are actually still included in the game files, and theoretically could be restored by removing all instances of ItemAbility Always "DLC3Item" from <path-to-game>\Chars\Items_txt\zDLC_3.txt in an installation with the DAT files extracted (I haven't tested this, but I'm pretty sure someone has already done so). Mentioning this might be a can of worms however, as not only can the unreleased DLC be acquired via modding, but the ones for sale can as well.

Game only follows first two films

There are three Hobbit movies. This game was released before the third film. The plan was, after the third film was released in theaters, DLC would be released that contained game content that followed along with the third film.

This DLC was cancelled.

As a result, this game follows along with only the first two films in the Hobbit film trilogy. This is inconsistent with Lego Star Wars (I, II, and The Complete Saga) and Lego Lord of the Rings.

It's not a bug per se, but it's certainly an issue with the game. Users considering the purchase may come to PCGW first. Maybe it's worth pointing out in the wiki article?

To be honest this isn't really good place for stuff like this. PCGW really only "judges" the game from technical standpoint, not whether it's "finished" or not.
