I found out that borderless fullscreen is possible with a few INI changes

This is what I did to get borderless fullscreen:

1. Go into the game's options menu and set it to Windowed mode, then close it.
2. Open the gundrec.ini with a text editor (e.g. Notepad, Notepad++).
3. Change the following:
Resize=0
Width=[desktop resolution]
Height=[desktop resolution]
4. Run the game. You should notice the game taking up the full width and height of the desktop while in Windowed mode without the borders present.

This also worked for GundeadliGne and Hitogata Happa as well not sadly not for Bunny Must Die.
