Does anyone know how to add Nutaku link? This game is available on Nutaku but I couldn't add it.

There's precedent for adding it as an "official" store link. See Sakura Nova for an example. As a courtesy to wiki users, you may want to note that it's a NSFW website, as in the linked example.

You can add 1 or more publisher rows, like The Turing Test has. Hope this helps.

I added like The Turing Test but for some reasons, it doesn't work.

I fixed it. It didn't work because the "=" in the URLs messes with the templates. See the "Syntax (row, special cases)" section in the Editing Guide for how to handle this in the future.
