Hi User:Jigen12

Has been reverting my edits with ZERO explanation in his undo's. Very much contrary to any standard Wikipedia:Etiquette

Plus the edits he is undoing' are just simply pure information, informing the user the default 3D API, and the version (obtained from the game logs). Having a full list of APIs is good and all, but for games like this that support quite a few, without knowing which is default, is not as useful.

This information is very useful to user who use Special K, as to install it via manual methods you sometimes need to know the 3D api type to name the .dll correctly. (And this game on my machine does indeed crash heavily in very bad ways with globalt injection - it even blue screened my machine. Though the manual inject does work if the .dll is named correctly (dxgi.dll for D3D11, the windows default).) --45.74.79.11 02:59, 1 April 2022 (UTC)

That's not what he's been doing. What he removed is the minor version which we don't list, because it's useless info and that it's "recommended" which is up to the devs to state, not some random user to decide.

Thank you Blackbird for the fast reply to Anon.

Fair enough. But the fact that is not all the edit contained that was reverted. It also listed the default API.

The default API is the main reason I look at that section, it's very useful info if you use specialK. Since in many cases, adn this game in particular you actually do have use location injection with the versions I tested, else it crashes.

Your logic also makes no sense since we do have the minor version for OpenGL, and he did not remove that. Still lists 3.2. Change it to just 3 if it's so useless in your mind. I have uses for it for some games, and im sure other users do ,and its literally one a dot and character your worrying about, pretty silly. Even vulkan lists a decimal ,and wowie 2 decimal places listed for the SDL version. Better go erase those too.
