Talk:Arcania: Gothic 4

How exactly can one force AF in Arcania: Gothic 4 through driver control? I bought it on Steam lately and tried to force both V-sync and AF in the Nvidia control panel, but neither of them appears to be working in the game. I tried to force them both on a GTX860m and on a GTX970, and neither AF nor V-sync work in the game even though I set AF to 16x and enabled V-sync for this game in the Nvidia control panel. I mean, what the heck?!

P.S. I managed to force V-sync in the game through the Intel HD Graphics control panel, and later on through the Nvidia control panel (although I didn't get consistent results with the latter).

AF is broken in this game. It works only with some surfaces, but not others. It doesn't function properly with the ground textures, however it works well with things like rock-surfaces or stone-setts that you might find inside certain buildings. 95.190.157.157 17:20, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
