Is it alright to mention the unofficial fan patches?

Despite the DMCA takedown by Nintendo, there have been some fans have made their own patch to add various tweaks and improvements (e.g. PlayStation prompts though still requires XInput to work, updated HQ music, bugfixes, gameplay modifications), including some features that were planned but couldn't be implemented due the said takedown.

Should be fine as long as we don’t link to unofficial mirrors of the game, as I think that would qualify as piracy discussion. Mods, however, should be fair game. I just added the HQ music patch.

This site must mention the patch 1.5 that is available at reddit.com/r/AM2R as a pure patch, so no original nor copyrighted files are included. They patch even for Linux.

The v1.5 release of the Unofficial Patch still seems to have the copyrighted assets and according to one of the developers of the said that the plans to remove the copyrighted assets have shifted to v1.6, which is planned for the new final update. v1.5 also seems to have a lot of bugs the r/AM2R community are experiencing with no ETA on the v1.5.1 update to fix these issues according to the developer about a week ago. Furthermore, some users on r/AM2R page linked unofficial mirrors in one place or another to the game on said reddit page, so I am not sure if that would be considered as piracy.

WTF man, you expose IPs to the public? I'll make sure to never post again here. This is an incredible violation of privacy rights.

I got a hold of the latest fan patch of the game, v1.4 as of writing, however it still requires a *zip file of the original v1.1 version that was released prior to Nintendo's DMCA takedown. I'm not sure if I should include the source of this patch to prove its legitimacy as there are mirrors of the full game pre-patched on the site in question among previous versions, so I was thinking of using the Mediafire link that was provided. Unless there's an OK for this, I'll point the latest patch to that in the meantime or possibly upload it to PC Gaming Wiki's own file upload section. The v1.4 patch also includes the HQ music patch as part of the patcher, so I hope there won't be any worries if I replace the HQ music fix featured on the wiki.

The page makes mention of unofficial ports to these platforms existing, but no mention is made of them other than they exist, and certain dependencies are required on Linux.
