About this board

Using the -noblur command is not ideal. It disables camera motion blur, per-object motion blur and the atmospheric blur effect in the air but also disables the darkness effect around characters. The author of the edited VectorBlur.obj file originally provided two files, the other being Blur.obj. By using both files it is possible keep the darkness effect while getting rid of the other effects. Despite his own claims, using both files is not identical to the -noblur command, since the darkness effect is preserved that way.

Here is the original source for the files:

I have edited the PCGW page to reflect that and included the Blur.obj file in the download:

on my lg c9 oled with the latest fw and rtx 3090 with latest drivers (as of the date of this post), when running the gog version of the game, with hdr enabled on tv and in windows, this sdr game does not display properly and everything is very dark. the solution is to disable hdr in windows before you launch the game.

It's been delisted on Steam except for the DLC.

The music rights expired, and sadly it's likely too costly to renegotiate them. Only people who purchased it from Steam or other online outlets before it went off sale can still download it. The only legitimate way now is probably to buy an existing physical copy from someone. Edit: There's a TV series being made though!--Drat (talk) 15:15, 23 August 2018 (UCT)

Forget what I said above. Microsoft renegotiated the rights, so it's back. Probably due in part to that TV show in the works.--Drat (talk) 08:04, 7 December 2018 (CET)

"PC version features high resolution textures, texture filtering, high quality shadows and more PC-specific features." keypoint - information or a positive? Serious Sam 3: BFE has no positive keypoints even though the game has hundreds of settings in the options menu, why should Alan Wake?
