Skip launcher

Replace the launcher executable with the game executable
Go to <path-to-game>\Launcher. Delete or rename Sniper3Launcher.exe. Go to <path-to-game>\bin. Copy the SniperElite3.exe file and paste it in <path-to-game>\Launcher, then rename it to Sniper3Launcher.exe.

Use the "<path-to-game>\bin\SniperElite3.exe" %command% command line argument on Steam.

Game crashes right after startup videos

Verify game integrity
Go to <path-to-game>. Delete or rename steam_api.dll and steam_api64.dll. Find the game in the Library, then Right Click on it. Select Properties, Local Files, then push the Verify Integrity of Game Cache... button.

Cannot join or create a co-op lobby

No sound upon launching the game

Rebellion's Asura engine may default the monitor's refresh rate to 60 Hz, resulting in reduced smoothness on high refresh rate monitors even if internal GPU render shows a high FPS.
