The latest patches for the Japanese version of the full game can be found at the official website here; download the patch from the link marked under "その他すべての方" (all other versions). The overseas version sold on Playism and Steam are updated to the latest version.

  2. File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/564150/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (564150) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.

    Tested the game on a 120Hz monitor with V-sync enabled, which caused the game to increase speed to match with the high refresh-rate.
