  1. Find Project CARS 2 in your Steam Library
  2. Right-click the game name
  3. Select Properties
  4. Select Set Launch Options...
  5. Input -windowed -borderless
  6. Press OK
  7. Launch the game

Haptic feedback[edit]

XInput controller vibration can not be disabled in-game.
Disable using custom DLL file[3]
  1. Go to Dropbox.
  2. Download XInput9_1_0.rar and RumbleController9_1_0.
  3. Place XInput9_1_0.dll into main game directory
  4. Run RumbleController9_1_0.exe and press a button on the controller while all values are set to zero
  5. Close RumbleController9_1_0.exe.
  6. Run game and test that vibration is now disabled.
