Ultra-widescreen

Adjust aspect ratio
  1. Go to the <path-to-game>.
  2. Backup the original UnityPlayer.dll file by making a copy
  3. Open UnityPlayer.dll in a hex editor, such as HxD
  4. Find and replace 39 8E E3 3F (in hex mode) with the formatted value for your aspect ratio from this WSGF thread.

Wider field of view (FOV)

Modify registry keys[2]
FOV slider appears to range from 85 to 95[3]. Use this registry tweak to set it to a higher value:
  1. Run the game, move the FOV slider to any position to create the registry values, then close the game
  2. Open the registry editor by pressing START in Windows and typing regedit in the search bar.
  3. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Clever-Plays\Operation Tango
  4. Inside the Setting_AgentFieldOfView_h1531987539 registry key, change the value data to 00 00 00 00 00 80 5b 40 to set the agent's FOV to 110
  5. Inside the Setting_HackerFieldOfView_h4101005628 registry key, change the value data to 00 00 00 00 00 80 5b 40 to set the hacker's FOV to 110
  6. Run the game again; the FOV will now be set to the desired setting from the registry keys

Notes:

The FOV slider must be altered at least once before attempting to change the registry keys, as doing so creates the keys in the first place. The registry keys will need to be changed again if the FOV slider is altered after doing so. A list of FOV values and their hexadecimal counterparts from 110-120 can be found in this forum post from the developers, and substituted in the agent and hacker's FOV registry keys.
