  1. Select second option in menu (or third, if you have a saved game) to go to the Settings menu.
  2. Navigate to the fifth option in the Settings menu.
  3. Select your desired language.

    In-game anisotropic filtering value is 8x, due to the game having UE4's texture scalability setting locked to 3 (High) by default. Checked this value by looking at the game's config files, and by using a command console injector.
