Mods
Unlimited destruction
All those mods remove the cap on civilian deaths / destruction. However, they don't work for the main campaign, instead they add an extra game mode. To install, put the .fcm file to Megaton Rainfall\Assets and start a game with unlimited destruction under main menu → "User content". The following mods allow unlimited civilian deaths:
