Adjust frame rate[edit]

Modifying the game variables[4]
Speeds up all game animations, but not time-based events e.g. per-second health regeneration.
Switches to the new frame rate only after starting an expedition.
  1. Go to <path-to-game>.
  2. Open variables.ini with Notepad or any other text editor.
  3. Search for game_speed. There will be exactly one entry.
  4. Replace the default value of 60 to the desired frame rate.
  5. Save the file.
  6. Launch the game.
