Version differences
16 colour edition
This one lists support for CGA, Tandy, EGA, MCGA and VGA. But despite it listing MCGA and VGA it is limited to 16 colours.
It has support for PC Speaker, Adlib and Tandy sound.
256 colour edition
This one was marketed with a VGA256 colour sticker on the box. This version is limited to a resolution of 320x200.
It has support for PC Speaker, Adlib and Game Blaster (CMS) sound.

The 256 colour VGA edition offers the following startup options:
