Edit VideoSettings.scr
Vert-. Aspect ratios wider than 4:3 will crop the top and bottom of the screen.
  1. Open <path-to-game>\data\VideoSettings.scr in a text editor.
  2. Find the line that says Resolution(1024,768) and change the values to your desired screen resolution.
  3. Save your changes and close your text editor.

  2. Go to the Compatibility tab.
  3. Set the compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
