Issues fixed

Crash at startup/New game/Prologue or Cutscenes Looping

On newer machines, the game may crash if no intro movie is available and/or when starting a new game/selecting the "Prologue" mission. Those crashes may be related to the DirectX renderer.
Fixing DirectX Crash[3]
  1. Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Hunted\DFGame\Config\DFEngine.ini
  2. Locate the option AllowD3D10=False and change to True
  3. Save the changes and exit.

Notes

  1. 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/22450/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (22450) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
