Framerate below 30fps

The game will sometimes fail to run at 30fps but instead run around 20fps. Try launching another application in the background before starting the game, it seems to prevent triggering that game pacing/sync bug. Tested and verified to work: VLC, Windows 10 game DVR background recording. Likely any video player would do. |
