This Addon is required to play on newer version of windows that doesn't support Games for Windows.
This Fix also enables game saves.

Patches

Unofficial Patch #5 can be downloaded from Mod DB.
Players using the Steam version and using either Patch #5 or #4 may have the error about "Disc not found". They can use Patch #3 instead.

FUEL: REFUELED

This mod adds a selection of improvements to the game, including improved AI, UI, graphics options and more.

FUEL: RESHADED

This mod with modified shaders improves the performance of the game, the quality of shadows, the distance of drawing, and also adds some additional features.

Use DXVK to Improve Performance

Install the DXVK file
  1. Download the Latest DXVK file on github.
  2. Use WinRAR or 7-Zip or WinZIP to unpack the file and copy d3d9.dll from x32 folder to your FUEL installation folder.
  3. Launch the game.

  1. Inside the game installation folder create a new text file, for example ForceDayTime.txt.
  2. Open the file and add ForceDayTime X, where X is the time value(0-24), then save the file.
  3. Inside the same folder open usergame.tsc file with a text editor.
  4. Add BSource ForceDayTime.txt below other BSource entries and save the file.
